Returns Policy

We’re all about the fun at Song Snap, but we know sometimes things don’t go to plan. If you need to return your game, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered (well, within reason).

Changed Your Mind? No Problem!

By UK law (and because we’re nice), you have 14 days from when your order lands on your doorstep to let us know if you’d like to cancel. Just drop us an email at snap@songsnap.co.uk with your order number and let us know.

Here’s the deal:

• The game must be unopened, unused, and looking as fresh as the day it arrived.

• You’ll need to send it back to us within 14 days of cancelling.

We’ll refund you as soon as we get it back, but delivery costs (unless the game is faulty) aren’t refundable. Fair, right?

Oops, Something’s Wrong?

If your Song Snap arrived looking less than perfect—damaged, defective, or (gulp) not what you ordered—email us at snap@songsnap.co.uk within 14 days. We’ll sort it out with a replacement or a refund, and yes, we’ll cover your return postage if it’s our fault.

We might ask for a photo of the issue—think of it as the game’s “before” picture for our records.

Sending It Back

If you’re returning your game, here’s what you need to know:

• You’ll need to cover return shipping unless it’s faulty.

• We recommend using a tracked service—if it goes missing in the post, we can’t help.

• Pop your order number inside the package so we know it’s yours!

We’ll send you our returns address once you get in touch.

What’s Not Covered?

• Games that have been opened or played (sorry, we can’t resell those).

• Items returned outside of the 14-day window.

• Anything not purchased directly from us.

How Long Do Refunds Take?

Once we’ve got your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. It’ll head straight back to your original payment method, and we’ll drop you an email when it’s done.
